Our dog Lulu battered down the kitchen gate last night, pulled the bag out of the garbage can, and ate a lot of garbage. I just caught her trying to do it again. I blocked off the gate, now she is pacing. Our pup is not acting like a good girl right now.

I’ve had to put up full furniture barricades a few times here. The tricky part is engineering a space for a blind cat to get through when the dog is banned.

When upstairs is shut off, I actually just lay the baby gate on top of the steps...it works like a cattle guard for the dog but the cats just walk in the spaces.
